Each chapter is a few minutes long and shows the actual screens you will use. Watch on your phone or on a desktop; both work the same way.

What you will learn

Create your shipper/receiver account and log in for the first time. Choose the account type that fits your business, enter your company details exactly as they appear on your paperwork, verify your email, and make your first login. One account covers both directions: shipping out and receiving in.

Key takeaways

  • One account works both ways; enter your legal company name and facility details exactly
  • Complete email verification to activate
  • One login covers shipping out and receiving in

A tour of your dashboard and where everything lives, plus how to switch between the shipper view and the receiver view on the same account. You will see the navigation, your orders, inbound and outbound loads, documents, billing, messages, and notifications.

Key takeaways

  • One login toggles between shipping out and receiving in
  • Know where orders, documents and billing live
  • Understand each notification

What you will learn

Fill in the company record that makes your paperwork credible: legal and operating names, address and contact information, billing preferences, and the details that appear on the bill of lading. This is the record carriers and brokers verify before they accept a load.

Key takeaways

  • Profile details flow through to every document you send
  • Keep billing current so invoices clear
  • Your company record is what carriers verify

Chapter 04

Chapter 04 · Set Up Facilities, Docks & Team

At a glance: Build your headquarters, facilities and dock structure, and add your people.

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 04 on YouTube

What you will learn

For companies with more than one location. Set up corporate headquarters, add your facilities, warehouses and yards underneath it, configure dock doors and receiving requirements, and invite team members with the right role for their job.

Key takeaways

  • Headquarters first, then facilities
  • Configure dock doors and receiving requirements so arrivals are predictable
  • One role per login

Chapter 05

Chapter 05 · Creating Orders & Uploading BOLs

At a glance: Create an order and attach the paperwork that travels with it.

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 05 on YouTube

What you will learn

Create an order with its pickup, delivery, equipment requirements, dates and instructions, and upload your bill of lading so it travels with the load. See what happens the moment you submit, and how to edit or cancel an order before pickup.

Key takeaways

  • Upload the BOL once and it travels with the load
  • Accurate pickup and delivery details drive every downstream notice
  • Private network loads are free

Chapter 06

Chapter 06 · Scheduling Pickups & Dock Appointments

At a glance: Set windows and dock appointments, and see what is due in and out.

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 06 on YouTube

What you will learn

Set pickup and delivery windows, schedule dock appointments, and see the board of what is due in and out of each facility. You will also see how a schedule change flows out to the carrier and the driver automatically.

Key takeaways

  • Realistic windows are what carriers plan around
  • Appointments are visible to the carrier and driver
  • Schedule changes notify everyone automatically

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 07 on YouTube

What you will learn

Follow one load from order to invoice and see every email it triggers: the order to the shipper, the load and BOL to the carrier or broker, the load to the driver, the check-in notices, the signatures, and the invoice. Every step is sent automatically as a PDF.

Key takeaways

  • Every step is emailed as a PDF without anyone asking
  • Status is visible without calling the carrier
  • The send is on the record

Chapter 08

Chapter 08 · Receiving In: Check-In & Offloading

At a glance: What happens at your gate when a driver arrives.

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 08 on YouTube

What you will learn

The inbound side: what happens at your gate when a driver arrives. The driver taps Arrived, the system records a GPS timestamp and fires the check-in notice to your guard shack, dock office or receiving clerk, instantly. Acknowledge arrivals and flag issues from the same screen.

Key takeaways

  • Check-in fires automatically, no phone call to the gate
  • Acknowledge and flag issues from one screen
  • The timestamp is on the record

Chapter 09

Chapter 09 · Signing Digitally & Billing

At a glance: The receiver signs, the BOL is stored, and the invoice goes out.

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 09 on YouTube

What you will learn

Close the loop. The receiver signs on screen, the signed bill of lading is stored in the cloud immediately, a signature email goes to every participant, and the invoice generates automatically with the signed BOL attached. See how payment status is tracked.

Key takeaways

  • Sign on screen, no paper and no scanning
  • The signed BOL attaches itself to the invoice
  • Every document stays in your archive

Chapter 10

Chapter 10 · HQ Control, Ratings & Best Outcomes

At a glance: Run the business from headquarters and keep your reputation clean.

Prefer a direct watch page? Watch Chapter 10 on YouTube

Key takeaways

  • Headquarters oversight covers every facility, employee and transaction
  • Every party can rate and every party can respond
  • Keeping documents and check-ins current protects your rating
