The workflow
How a Load Moves
- 01
The receiver places an order — the shipper gets the pickup details by email as a PDF.
- 02
The load is pushed to the broker or carrier with full pickup information.
- 03
The broker or carrier sends the load and BOL to the assigned driver.

The driver arrives — an automatic check-in goes to the shipper, and the bill of lading is produced and emailed to everyone.

At delivery, the automatic check-in goes to the guard shack or receiving clerk and the load is offloaded.

The receiver signs digitally — a second signature email goes to all participants, and the signed BOL is stored in the cloud.

The invoice generates automatically with the signed BOL attached, and payment status goes back to the carrier.

Every plan starts with one month free so you can test the site. After that, billing continues monthly, or choose annual billing and pay the ten-month rate for a full twelve months. Carriers are billed per terminal; shippers, receivers and brokers are billed per location.

One full month to test the site before billing begins. No charge during the trial.
Then it recurs
Billing continues automatically each month until the plan is changed or cancelled.
Annual — pay ten months
Take any plan for a year and pay the monthly rate for ten months.
Carriers — per terminal
Priced by the number of drivers at the terminal. Each terminal is billed separately. Annual billing is available at every tier.

Private loads are free to list. Loads posted within a private network are listed at no cost, now and going forward.
Public load listing is a paid service, currently suspended. Public listings are free at this time — if you post a public load today, you will not be charged. This service will begin charging in the future, and customers will be given notice before it does.
Changes during a billing term
Small adjustments — If a customer moves up a tier and the difference is minor, no additional charge is raised. The new rate simply applies from the next billing cycle.
Significant adjustments — If the change is noticeable, the higher rate is applied on a prorated basis from the date of the change.
Moving down a tier — The lower rate takes effect from the next billing cycle.
TERMS IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
Fine print
- Free trial. Every new customer receives one month free to test the site. Billing does not begin until the trial ends, and the trial month is not charged retroactively.
- Recurring billing. After the free month, plans bill on a recurring basis — monthly, or annually if the customer has chosen an annual plan — until the plan is changed or cancelled.
- Annual plans and the first month free. A customer taking an annual plan may request the first month free to test the site. Because an annual plan is billed at the ten-month rate for a twelve-month term, an annual customer can begin with up to three months at no charge.
- Annual term. An annual plan covers twelve months of service at the ten-month rate. The plan renews at the end of the term unless cancelled.
- Tier changes. Small adjustments are absorbed and the new rate applies from the next billing cycle. Where an adjustment is significant, the higher rate is prorated from the date of the change.
- Public load listing. Public load listing is a paid service that is currently suspended. No charge is raised for public listings at this time. When charging resumes, customers will be notified in advance. Private network loads remain free to list.
